CASE STUDY: 2

A Dairy factory CIP system

Problem

Removal of solidified protein

Conventional CIP (Cleaning in place)with alkali chemical with hot water would not completely remove solidified protein.

After C.I.P. Tech

Placed a YJ-21 to produce Micro-bubbles in CIP unit tank. Since the installation, the system is able to completely clean solidified protein residue and reduced the chemical usage greatly.

 

 

CASE STUDY: 3

A Cosmetic factory

Problem

Odour, Excess Coagulation sludge and activated sludge
Volume: 150m3/day BOD after Coagulation: 7000mg/l
Process: Incoming tank (100m3) -> Coagulation -> Pre-treatment Tank(100m3) -> Anaerobic tank -> Aeration tank -> Settling tank

After C.I.P. Tech

Placed a YJ-21 to produce Micro-bubbles in CIP unit tank. Since the installation, the system is able to completely clean solidified protein residue and reduced the chemical usage greatly.One YJ-9 nozzle was placed at incoming tank and another one at pre-treatment tank. - Odour had gone after a day of installation!
- BOD reduced from 7000mg/l to 3000mg/l
- Cut flocculants usage in half
- Reduced excess coagulation and activated sludge to 1⁄2 of before

 

 

CASE STUDY: 4

A Seafood Processing Factory

Problem

Strong odour (acetaldehyde) in waste water treatment system
Waste water volume: 150 m3/day

After C.I.P. Tech

Single YJ-9 nozzle with the pump pressure of 0.2Mpa
had solved the problem of odour and reduced the BOD. The smallest YJ nozzle was powerful enough for this case.
